Refusing to be devalued.

Standing up for yourself.

A walk on the beach.

A new outfit.

Bubble baths.

Hot tea.

Spending time with a pet.

Family time.

Reading a book.

Never settle.

Trusting your gut.

Solo travel.

Willing to walk into the unknown.

Making music.

Saying “No.”

Not going to that party when you really want to be home with your books.

Standing up for what is going to work for you.

Giving up always having to accommodate everyone but yourself.

Saying “No” to things that do not support your goals, and saying yes to your commitments.

Staying away from the energy you don’t need to bother with.

Meditation.

Yoga.

The sound of the rain.

Writing your goals down.

Creating a Vision Board.

Taking baby steps every day to fulfill your goals.
